Fun time, Ladies and Gentlemen!

Time to add whatsthis *grin*.

shin: the dcc form, dialog box and preferences for dcc
psn: channel list panel and character picker
argonel: server status and channel window
roey: kactions :) or as much as you can do anyway
phantomsdad: nicksonline and urlcatcher

anyone i've missed, do anything i've missed :)

Standard Terminology:
The bit where you type the message in is "Input Line".  Anything else, check 
with the documentation to keep it fairly consistent.
