[Proposal] rainbowkonsole – randomized color scheme on session start

Hi, thank you Kurt for the couraging words. At the moment the code
resides at https://github.com/bunthut/Raibowkonsole

In the future there could be a featured to use just some readable
combinations for example. Also at bluesky some people actually looked
for a feature like that too, to be able to easily over look different
terms.

At least the release should work on neon.
