STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Konsole from nightly repo
(https://cdn.kde.org/flatpak/konsole-nightly/org.kde.konsole.flatpakref)
2. Launch it with `flatpak run org.kde.konsole`
3. Ctrl+Shift+T to open a new tab
4. Click on the new tab's close button


OBSERVED RESULT
A warning dialog pops up saying "The program 'bash' is currently running in
this session.  Are you sure you want to close it?".


EXPECTED RESULT
Tab closes immediately.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Technically it's true that bash is running, but this is not exactly cause for
alarm. :) 

This isn't an issue in the non-Flatpak-packaged version of Konsole.
