            Bug ID: 502208
           Summary: Octant characters render badly
    Classification: Applications
           Product: konsole
           Version: master
          Platform: Arch Linux
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: font
          Assignee: konsole-devel at kde.org
          Reporter: paulguy119 at gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
The new octant characters in Unicode 16 render poorly in Konsole, where they
render correctly in VTE based terminals. Mostly, they look very irregularly
shaped/sized and broken up with various gaps and overlaps making octant
graphics look broken.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. View octant graphics.

OBSERVED RESULT
See they look incorrect due to various rendering artifacts.

EXPECTED RESULT
Clearly rendered/aligned blocks with no breaks or overlaps.
