[konsole] [Bug 501228] New: Copy user input, copy except prompts, copy command output don't show up when adding it to session toolbar

do you have those actions while you run konsole, if you right click the
terminal window?
if not, it means that your terminal is not enabled for semantic
integration. when the terminal is not enabled we hide those actions.
