A screen recording of Konsole and kitty side-by-side showcasing the bug in
Konsole.

Setting color via the form "rgb:ff/ff/ff" is still not possible on Current
Konsole version (25.04.3).
The attached video showcases Konsole and kitty's behaviors when trying to set
the colors via this form side-by-side.
Along with that, "tput reset" doesn't seem to properly reset Konsole when its
colors are set via the "#rrggbb" form.
