The annoying blue border

SUMMARY
A thick blue border often appears on the left side

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. The Konsole terminal is opened by clicking the mouse
2. Type the code "sudo pacman-Syu" and press Enter

OBSERVED RESULT
A thick blue border often appears on the left side. 
Note that this doesn't necessarily occur; sometimes it happens unexpectedly.

EXPECTED RESULT
Don't let any superfluous and uncontrollable other things appear
