Just tried. The issue does not appear to happen under Wayland. (Unrelated to
this issue, but everything - fonts, icons, toolbars - looked larger under
Wayland than under X11 - does  scaling work differently under Wayland than
under X11? There is a weird gap between the taskbar panel and the bottom of the
screen which is not present under X11.)
