[konsole] [Bug 486429] After upgrade from Fedora 39 to Fedora 40 Konsole windows on the system start don't re-open with the tabs as they were left in the end of the session.

I am seeing the same thing with openSUSE Tumbleweed, after my last upgrade. But
Konsole 24.02.2 was not part of that upgrade, it had been upgraded earlier
without breaking this functionality. The upgrade that broke this functionality
upgraded plasma from 6.2.2 to 6.2.3. It also broke dolphin session save /
restore in a similar way.
