I do have link resolution turned on. What I was copying did not have links,
however the output does.

For what it's worth, I ran the same process last night in tmux and konsole did
not crash.

I still have the coredump thanks to coredumpctl. I generated a new dump and
followed the Arch wiki guide to include debug symbols. A lot is still optimized
out, hopefully it's more useful. Added to attachments.
