After getting "ambiguous shortcut" for CTRL+SHIFT+V , I opened the keyboard
shortcut settings and see only one binding for CTRL+SHIFT+V 

I don't think that the problem was ever an actual double binding (at least not
in the konsole local shortcuts) as I can always workaround the problem by
repeating the shortcut until "it takes" (as can be seen in the screencast).
