When using an international keyboard (English, US, with dead keys) in konsole
single or double quotation marks are not typed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open konsole
2. Switch to US English interntional keyboard 
3. Type ' or " with a blank space after it. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
a ' or " should be typed in konsole.
