STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Image SDcard with Manjaro ARM for Rpi4 from www.manjaro.org
2. Open Konsole and perform system  update
3. "sudo pacman -Syu"  or  "sudo pacman-mirrors -f 5 && sudo pacman  -Syyu"

OBSERVED RESULT:
