Just update with konsole version: 22.11.70  (Help -> About konsole)
$ apt list --installed | grep konsole 
konsole/jammy,now 4:22.08.1+p22.04+tunstable+git20221006.0122-0 amd64
[installed]

KDE Frameworks:  5.102.0
BTW.
I added new profile, clicked OK and all seems to be fine. I'm able to edit
newly created profile.
