In 23.04 there will be specific actions (menu, keyboard shortcut) to merge two
tabs to one tab with split view. This will make this soecific operation
(arguably) easier and more discoverable. I did not know it was possible, since
"split header" is configured not to display when the tab is not split.

Maybe tab splits deserve a section in the manual?
