Really? I'm on Arch too, but the Plasma Beta 2 packages in the repos require Qt
6.7. Without it I can't even log in.
(Also I assume you meant Plasma 5.91.0 and Frameworks 5.247.0)

As a side note, this is also being discussed on the forums. It seems like it
would probably have been better if the packages were built for Qt 6.6 instead
of jumping right onto 6.7 Beta.
