SUMMARY
When switching to full screen in konsole while having a blurred background,
it's going to be completely transparent for a short amount of time. The same
happens when switching from full screen to window .


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set a blurred theme in konsole (I altered Breeze)
2. Open a konsole
3. Make it full screen (I clicked twice on the window bar)

OBSERVED RESULT
The blur effect disappears for a short amount of time

EXPECTED RESULT
The window should stay blurred

Linux: 6.6.6-arch1-1 (64-bit)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.90.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.246.0
Qt Version: 6.6.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It only happens sometimes.
I am using wayland with a AMD rx 5600 xt and the amdgpu kernel  driver.
