[konsole] [Bug 469000] Konsole takes an eternity to launch

Nope, not solved. But it seems kind of random. Sometimes, Konsole launches
quickly just like that, sometimes it takes a couple of seconds and sometimes it
takes more than ten. I will try to figure out when it does what.
