STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Konsole
2. Resize it to some useful size
3. Close Konsole
4. Reopen it

OBSERVED RESULT
Konsole opens always with the size 24x7

EXPECTED RESULT
Konsole opens with the last used size or at least with some size, which is
useful.
