Just installed openSUSE Tumbleweed with KDE Plasma and am having the same bug.

Konsole Version: Version 21.12.3

KDE Plasma: 5.24.3
KDE Frameworks: 5.91.0
Qt: 5.15.2
Kernel: 5.16.14-1-default (64-bit)
Graphics: X11
NVIDIA Driver: 510.54 with a RTX 3080
