current broken scrollbars

Hi, 
I'm using Konsole with split view in a saved layout.
With the latest version, I noticed that there is a graphical regression with
the scrollbars: before they were nicely using the same style of the terminal.
Now they are always gray.

I will attach some screenshots to explain the problem.
