This was resolved since 2021. `konsolehere.desktop` was dropped in favor of an
alternative solution within Dolphin that will open your preferred Terminal
application.

Presently, there is a regression to the functionality if you expect the folder
to open at the location of an interacted folder, instead of the views location.
