Thanks for reporting this. This bug is introduced in
https://invent.kde.org/utilities/konsole/-/commit/0653603b11ac9530a219bf561e845e8884017216
. But it is actually the result of trying to support three graphics systems,
with three cursor moving and scrolling sets of rules with as much shared code
as possible.
