konsole - 3 rows, very first start

SUMMARY
I logged in on new user, and started konsole. In result I got window with 3
rows.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create new user
2. Log in on new ueser
3. Start konsole

OBSERVED RESULT
konsole window has 3 row

EXPECTED RESULT
In my opinion konsole window shold have more than 3 row, maybe 30

Linux/KDE Plasma: YES
