Thank you, that is possible, I am running it inside TMPFS:
tmpfs /var/tmp/portage tmpfs      
size=27G,uid=portage,gid=portage,mode=775,noatime       0 0
Total RAM is 64 GB.
I am sorry, this possibility not came in my mind.
I will test it again watching memory stats.
