            Bug ID: 437557
           Summary: Implement Layout UNDO Button
           Product: konsole
           Version: master
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: konsole-devel at kde.org
          Reporter: anditosan1000 at gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

Current layouts in Konsole allow for strong customization and multitasking.
However, this implementation does not provide a simple way to undo the
following actions:

Split view left/right
Split view top/bottom
Load new tab with 2x2 terminals
Load a new tab with layout 2x1 terminals
Load a new tab with layout 2x1 terminals

The only current way to exit these layouts is by closing each terminal using
the close button. Because of the drastic change in terminal layouts, I would
recommend the implementation of an undo button that can easily return the user
to the previous default layout.
