SUMMARY
On the Tab bar, When "add new tab button" it's present, and the tab bar
position it's above the terminal, a straight border line cross all over the
width of the tab bar, and it's visible over the tabs 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. On the Konsole, go to menu settings, click on Configure konsole 
2. On settings, go to Tab settings 
3. On the Appearance tab, activate Position: Above terminal area, and check
'Show new tab button' 

OBSERVED RESULT
a straight border line cross all over the width of the tab bar, and it's
visible over the tabs 


EXPECTED RESULT
Only the "New tab button"
