As you can see in the recording, it seems that the line is too long to be shown
completely and doesn't wrap.
When the end of the selection is set at some character, let's denote it here as
* the text a few characters behind are moved just to the right of the
character:

abcdef*ghijklmn --> abdef*klmnopq
