Happens very seldomly, but just had it happen again.

I had JointSequenceRole copied in kate, went to konsole, pressed shift+insert
and i got 

^[[200~JointSequenceRole~

pasted instead of JointSequenceRole.

Any idea what could cause this? Any place i should add debug output to try to
figure out what could cause it?
