This might be dated (still on 81f1c5352 which I updated to on July 2), but
here, konsole has a "Toolbars Shown" submenu, with "Main Toolbar" and "Session
Toolbar" checkbox entries.

So no "Show Toolbar" checkbox, it's two checkboxes under "Toolbars Shown".  I
think that got me when I was first looking into this bug as well.
