Nothing really stands out to me either, except the version bump and the
reordering of the arguments for the actions somehow getting reordered
parameters (or whatever the XML terminology is).

Even more funny, I can't remove the toolbar without manually editing the
konsoleui.rc. There's supposed to be a "Show toolbar" under the Settings menu,
right? It's there in all other KDE applications here...
