Can you, EB and Bill Wayson, talk to me explaining lengthly why you need 200
profiles, or the hability to hide profiles from the menus?

I'm currently trying to rework the profile code, and I personally feel that if
you have 200 profiles in konsole that's a wrong profile usage (there are not
enough different profile settings for that, to be honest)

So I want to try to make the new profile system correct for people that have
many profiles. But hiding the profiles that are shown in the menu inside of the
configurations does not seem to be the correct approach.
