New Toolbars (Main Toolbar and Session Toolbar) cannot be permanently hidden
while "Remember window size" is disabled at the same time. This is especially
obnoxious with new "Load new tab with layout X" toolbar buttons (making Konsole
window absolutely huge).


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disable "Remember window size"
2. Hide Toolbars
3. Restart Konsole

OBSERVED RESULT
Toolbars are displayed again.

EXPECTED RESULT
Toolbars should remain hidden (only window position/size should reset)
