[konsole] [Bug 440946] Unable to hide the new toolbar

Odd, because I do NOT have "Remember window size" enabled.  In other words, in
the file ~/.config/konsolerc, I have:

  [KonsoleWindow]
  SaveGeometryOnExit=false

I also have:

  [MainWindow]
  StatusBar=Disabled
  ToolBarsMovable=Disabled

in the same file.

Version numbers on Ubuntu 21.04: konsole 4:21.08.0-0ubuntu1~ubuntu21.04~ppa1,
libkf5xmlgui5 5.85.0-0ubuntu1~ubuntu21.04~ppa1.
