If this file does not exist, perhaps do "touch
~/.local/share/kxmlgui5/konsole/sessionui.rc" -- but that might break other
things like the menu bar.  Attached is the contents of my sessionui.rc that you
could try using.

If this file DOES exist without the <ToolBar name="sessionToolbar"> section,
and you are still getting a toolbar, then unfortunately I have no suggestions.
