STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Konsole in a fresh environmemt, there is only Default profile
2. Modify Default Profile

OBSERVED RESULT
There are now two profiles: 'Default' and 'Profile 1'. They clutter the New Tab
button.

EXPECTED RESULT
When changing the Default profile, I expect to change the Default profile, not
add a copy called 'Profile 1'.
