SUMMARY

Scrolling and window buffer has stopped working in Konsole. My mouse scroll
wheel now works as the Up arrow and goes through the cli history instead. Do
not want.  

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a Konsole window
2. Type commands
3. Try to scroll to see output of commands not visible in window
4. Fail. 

OBSERVED RESULT
command history is replayed

EXPECTED RESULT
Terminal window scrolls to show buffer
