This is not related to Konsole, this looks like a problem with Zypper
(OpenSuse) and/or it's configuration files.

I understand that filling a bug report takes time, and that someone saying
"it's not our fault" is not really reassuring. Konsole is the application that
run's a command line interpreter, like bash and zsh. If you have problems
running commands from that interpreter, the issue is not with konsole. 
If, on the other hand, the output generated by those applications are
displaying incorrectly on the screen, that would be a bug for konsole.
