[konsole] [Bug 418305] some Ctrl + shortcut stopped functioning

On a fresh install or the latest release, it works fine. 
Every time this happened would be very random. Not sure if it has to do with
keyboard layout falling or the language... 
But since the post I haven't had the issue, but in the past it happened 3
times.
