SUMMARY
keyboard shortcut ctrl-B fails to do anything
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start konsole, type a line for a bash command, and use standard bash
shortcut ctrl-B to try to move cursor one place to the left
2.

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
cursor should move one space to the left
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.18.4.1-2in arch linux

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The other similar keyboard shortcuts ctrl-F. alt-B and ctrl-B all work fine
