SUMMARY
When running with 150% screen scaling, the cursor has a 1 px white (it's
probably not white, but "undefined" border on the right side.)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set scaling factor to 1.5 in System Settings
2. Open Konsole
3. Change to a different directory -- this seems to trigger it reliably

OBSERVED RESULT

Blinking cursor with a 1 pixel wide border on the right

EXPECTED RESULT

No white border
