[konsole] [Bug 412230] New: Search field for console is playced max away from new text displayed in console

Hello Reiner,

There will be no setting to switch back to the old behavior, as the old
behavior actually had a lot of bugs and even crashes. It also made the text
jump as whenever the search field triggers, the text jumped two lines up
and down.
Having a floating panel helped with the crashes and the jumping text. Now,
if you would like to help with a patch for a configuration that would set
the position on the screen for the panel, that would be great.
