SUMMARY

Background tab title no longer changes colour when there is activity in that
console. Neon updates KDE regularly and as far as I can tell this functionality
stopped working about 3 weeks ago.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Konsole and open more than one tab
2. Type "sleep 10; echo" in one tab
3. Change focus to another tab

OBSERVED RESULT
No change in colour in tab-title text of unfocussed tab

EXPECTED RESULT
The text colour of the tab title used to change to blue if there was activity
in an unfocussed tab
