I created bugs for the clipping issues found here and in KTextEditor

If I am not wrong, see no way how Konsole could easily work around the
paintEvent clipping issue beside doing full update() calls for the case that
the devicePixelRatio is no pure integer value.

Would that be an acceptable workaround for the moment?
