Well, I closed konsole and even yakuake just for a case, then entered this
kxmlgui5 directory and found out that I don't have 'okular' directory there. I
do have 'konsole' directory, but it's empty. I deleted it and nothing was
better.

I also tried to remove ~/.local/share/konsole and ~/.config/konsolerc - still,
when I run "konsole --show-menubar" the konsole opens without the menubar.
