SUMMARY
Tabs in 19.07.80 no longer change text color when there is activity.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a tab do a "sleep 5; echo done"
2. change to a different tab and wait
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Tab text doesn't change color when the echo happens


EXPECTED RESULT
tab changes color like it used to

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Downgraded to konsole 19.04.3 and it works
