SUMMARY
In previous versions (e.g. 18.04) the tabbar never showed scrollbuttons when I
had more tabs open, which was very conveniant since I had all tabs always
directly clickable.
This has changed and I now get scroll buttons and some tabs are simply not
visible directly, so I even don't see how many tabs there are and working with
this has become cumbersome.

Please change that back to how it was.
