D19269: Minor cleanup/optimizations in font changing code

REVISION SUMMARY
  - Do not process font that didn't change
  
  - Call a function with actual line spacing updating code
  
  - Remove pointless checks in font match test
  
  - Do not filter out "too big" font sizes. Nothing bad happens when text is taller than terminal area - it just gets clipped.
