Fwd: Update session icon on notification bell

Hi,

   This is a bug/regression since that commit.  A large part of the 
tabs/session has been re-written over the past year.   It is suppose to 
work that the bell should be to the left of the tab text.  Note that the 
default icon is no longer shown which may also be an issue.
