This happens even when tabbar is set to "always hidden". Fixing this case.

The tabs that do not fit should be hidden. There is
https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qtabbar.html#usesScrollButtons-prop which suitable for
quick fix, but it is pretty uncomfortable. I think menu button(s) for hidden
tabs would be OK. Minimum size hint for tabs could be decreased too.
